Our packages include product support by phone, email and support ticket. All of our services are backed by an industry leading service level agreement. Our support packages are:
- Premium support is available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday – Friday
- Extended support is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday – Friday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.*
- Enhanced support is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.*
- Custom support packages can be provided to meet your business needs, including outside-support-hours pay per use service.*
For support with your Cloud PC or Cloud Server, please call us at (888) 306-6628 and choose option 2. For customers with Extended, Enhanced, or Custom support packages please login to your private customer portal or call your dedicated support number.

*Extended, Enhanced and Custom support packages are only available to customers who purchase and have an Extended, Enhanced or Custom service agreement with CloudNet.
