Welcome to Cloudnet. These Terms of Service outline the responsibilities of both Cloudnet and our customers. By using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
Cloudnet provides cloud hosting, IT management, and related services designed for small and mid-sized businesses. This includes access to remote servers, application hosting, cloud desktops, data backups, and technical support.
Customer Responsibilities
By using Cloudnet services, you agree to:
- Pay all service fees on time, according to your invoice and service agreement.
- Maintain valid software licenses for any applications you choose to host with Cloudnet.
- Ensure that your account information and authorized contacts are accurate and up to date.
- Protect your login credentials. You are responsible for keeping your usernames and passwords confidential.
Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. From time to time, maintenance or upgrades may temporarily affect availability. While we take every precaution to minimize downtime, Cloudnet cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control (such as your internet service provider or external outages).
Data Security & Backups
We use enterprise-grade protections to secure your information, including encryption, firewalls, monitoring, and daily backups. However, no system is completely immune from risks. Cloudnet is responsible for restoring data from backups when requested, but customers are responsible for the content and accuracy of their own data files.
Support
Cloudnet provides 24/7 technical support for connectivity, access, and hosted applications covered under your agreement. Support for third-party or unsupported software may require additional fees. We are not responsible for fixing issues related to your local network, devices, or internet provider.
Payment & Late Fees
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payments are due by the date specified on your invoice. Late payments may result in account suspension until the balance is paid. Additional fees may apply for reactivating suspended accounts.
Limitations of Liability
Cloudnet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility is limited to restoring access and services in accordance with our agreements.
Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances up to the effective cancellation date. Cloudnet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are breached or payments remain overdue.
Intellectual Property
The software, scripts, profiles, and communication systems that make up the Cloudnet service are proprietary and remain the exclusive property of Cloudnet. Customers agree not to attempt reverse engineering or unauthorized access to these systems.
Changes to Terms
Cloudnet may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
